Annual Residency
Three five-day residencies over the three-year period are held for fellowship, learning, cohort formation, and robust worship. Topics vary, following an arc of exploring who we are in year one, imagining what could be in year two, and building experiments and dreams in year three. Topics are reviewed and updated annually based on faculty experience and participant surveys.
The residency is an intensive learning and formational experience. Participants and faculty clear our calendars to be able to focus our best energy on our time together.

PLF was an important series of events for me as a new General Presbyter – first event I was clue-
less, second event I was clued-in, third event I was glued-in. It is so wonderful to know what I
am doing and to know my beloved colleagues stand ready to help when I need them. PLF gave
me that.
